12/09
Interested in molecular animations but not sure how to get started? Learn how to use UCSF ChimeraX and other free resources to create simple animations of 3D protein structures available on RCSB.org that can enrich your presentations, websites, and social media.
During this tutorial, users will be introduced to
- basic storyboarding
- sizing animations for different media
- creating molecular morphs
- exploring a 3D structure using different views
- creating labels in ChimeraX
- saving your work in various formats
The workshop is intended for PDB users who are new to molecular animation, but have some experience using UCSF ChimeraX.
